Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FORECURRENT, including its trend signals, alerts, saved topics and paid subscription features.
1. The service
FORECURRENT analyzes third-party platform data to surface possible cross-border content trends. Scores, explanations and alerts are estimates based on available data and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity performed through your FORECURRENT account. You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape it at unreasonable volume or interfere with its operation.
3. Subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly in advance at the price shown during checkout. Unless canceled, it renews automatically each billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through Manage billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
4. Content and acceptable use
FORECURRENT and its original software, design and analysis remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Source videos and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for verifying copyright, trademark, platform rules and cultural context before acting on a signal.
5. No guarantee or professional advice
The service does not guarantee virality, revenue, availability or business results and is not financial, legal or investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features, suspend abusive accounts or update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email when reasonably possible.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location remain unaffected.
